What Is a Management Plan?
The management plan is a document that regulates the management method, use, maintenance and repair of common areas, and the rights and obligations of unit owners in apartment buildings and sites. It is binding on all unit owners under Article 28 of the Condominium Law.
How to Prepare?
The management plan is prepared by the contractor or developer during the construction phase, or later by the unit owners. It must be registered in the title deed and is binding even on those who purchase property later.
