Noise Limit
Indoor noise levels in residences should not exceed 55 dB during the day and 45 dB at night. In case of violation, you can complain to the municipal police (penalty: 2,000-10,000 TL).

KMK Article 19 — Renovation in Independent Units: The unit owner is not required to obtain consent from other unit owners for renovations in their own unit — provided the renovation does not affect common areas, the main structure, or other independent units. For work affecting load-bearing columns, shared walls, or the roof, a decision must be made with a 4/5 majority. Renovation hours: weekdays 08:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-16:00, Sunday and public holidays are prohibited.
